• Hayden Records is an independent jazz record label with two main goals: to offer a premium audio experience through top-notch physical music media, and to maintain an musician-friendly approach by choosing not to participate with any major cooperate streaming sites. These combined elements create a stronger connection and bond between the artists and listeners (an engagement that is often lacking in the present day).
• Debut release - Silver Street (HLP 8001). Recorded, mixed, and mastered by Paul Tavenner (Big City Recording). Vinyl preparation and lacquer cutting by Kevin Gray (Cohearent Audio). 180-gram vinyl pressed at Record Technology INC (RTI) and heavy glossy “Tip-On” jackets by Stoughton Printing. A true audiophile release.
• “Old School / live” style tracking, all together in the same room with a minimal microphone setup, and without the use of headphones, isolation booths, or separate rooms.
• First pressing of Silver Street (1,035 copies) is almost sold out! Second pressing available late July 2025. Distribution through The “In” Groove, Phoenix, AZ. The album is available exclusively as a Bandcamp digital download or a vinyl LP.
